Beautyheaven’s Best in Beauty 2025 Event: A Morning of Glam, Giggles & Gelato

Last Saturday, I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Beautyheaven Best in Beauty 2025 event — and wow, what a treat! 🍦💄


Hosted by Beautyheaven, the online beauty community for review and rewards, this annual celebration brings together beauty lovers, members, and content creators to discover and vote for Australia’s favourite beauty products. From skincare to haircare to makeup, Best in Beauty is all about recognising the products that truly deliver.



This year’s Best in Beauty felt extra special for me. I’ve been lucky enough to attend Beautyheaven events as a loyal member for many years - and very much value my connections with other fellow members while sharing beauty tips and learning about latest launches. But this was the first time I attended as a content creator. I’m so grateful that Beautyheaven recognises my contribution over the years. It means so much to be part of an event that celebrates not only the products we love, but also the people who share that love with others. 💕



💄 Inside the Beautyheaven Best in Beauty Event


The morning was filled with excitement (and sugar) as we came together to sample some of the best beauty products on the market. Tables overflowing with the latest launches, industry experts sharing insights and beauty tips, and a photobooth that nobody wanted to leave.


And yes, there was gelato at 10:30am. Because dessert before lunch? That’s 100% self-care. 🍨


Between all the laughs, selfies, and beauty chats, we were spoiled with goodie bags fully-stuffed and overly-packed with incredible products - the kind that make you want to reorganise your vanity immediately.


🛍️ Beauty Product Highlights from Best in Beauty 2025


Here are the products I discovered at the event. (More detailed reviews coming soon!)


  • Remington AIRvive Digital Hair Dryer: this T-shaped dryer packs a high-speed digital motor and ionic air technology to dry hair fast while regulating heat to protect your scalp. Heat-activated micro-conditioners release into the air stream for all-day frizz control, and with 12 heat/speed combinations plus a diffuser and concentrator, claims to suit every hair type.

  • Remington AIRvive 2‑in‑1 Air Styler: this versatile tool combines a dryer and straightener in one: wet mode gently dries and smooths damp hair while preserving moisture, and finishing mode straightens or styles dry hair using low-heat plates and ionic air for up to 80 % smoother results and all-day frizz-protection.





  • Thanks to Nature Hydrate & Nourish Shampoo & Conditioner: the duo is infused with Abyssinian Seed Oil, Vitamin E and Shea Butter to gently cleanse, hydrate and restore shine. Claims to soften and smooth dry or damaged hair, leaving it silky, manageable and beautifully refreshed.

  • Thanks to Nature Nourish Creamy Body Wash: creamy body wash enriched with sweet almond oil and vanilla. It gently lathers to cleanse, hydrate and soften skin, leaving a silky smooth feel and comforting scent. Vegan-friendly and ideal for normal to dry skin that craves a bit of pampering. (If you haven't already tried the almond and vanilla body shower oil, I'd recommend without reservation!)



  • Dermal Therapy Lip Balm Original: this ultra-moisturising lip balm features a concentrated formula with 2.5 % urea, camphor, clove oil and menthol to relieve severely dry, cracked lips and visibly boost lip moisture in just one day. Australian made and owned. It is a cult favourite and also comes in different flavours and varieties. I have had gone through many tubes. The lip balm comes in a tub too.

  • Dermal Therapy Overnight Face Repair Cream: an intensive yet lightweight night cream formulated with hyaluronic acid, collagen, peptides, ceramides and urea to deeply hydrate, repair and strengthen your skin barrier while you sleep. Wake up to firmer, smoother, more radiant skin. Designed for dry or ageing complexions. Australian-made and owned.

  • Du'it Tough Hands Intensive Hand Cream: packed with 10% urea, AHAs, vitamin E and dimethicone, this Australian-made intensive repair cream targets very dry, cracked or rough hands. Non-greasy, seals in moisture, restores lost oils, and strengthens the skin barrier; claims to deliver visible improvement in just one day. Comes in a gigantic 150g size.

  • Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm: offers a natural, hydrating lip color with a sheer finish. Infused with nourishing ingredients like shea butter and botanical waxes, it provides moisture and a hint of color. Available in various shades to suit different preferences.

  • Clinique Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum: a fragrance-free serum that combines lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C to exfoliate, hydrate, and brighten the skin. Suitable for all skin types, it delivers an instant and continuous glow, leaving the skin feeling plump and radiant. (I am a big fan of the whole moisture surge range - the concentrated serum and the moisturiser are the water bombs that my face needs)

  • Nude by Nature Dewy Serum Blush Drops: a lightweight, buildable liquid blush formula that imparts a fresh, dewy flush of color to the cheeks. Enriched with hyaluronic acid and sunflower seed oil, these drops hydrate and protect the skin while delivering a radiant glow - pick from Pink Petal, Warm Rose and Peach Crush. My pick was Pink Petal as I want to be adventurous and try a colour that I don't normally wear!

  • Maybelline New York Lifter Stix: this is a versatile, creamy face stick designed for contouring or highlighting or concealing - all depends on which colour you pick. Infused with cranberry seed oil, it glides on smoothly, claims to offer a natural, sculpted look. Available in 18 shades! I picked shade 45 which is a darker shade than my skin tone for subtle contouring.
